Return Process

  Securely place your item in its original NATKINATM gift box and protective packaging, ensuring all certificates and tags are included.

  Ship to Switzerland

  Affix the provided shipping label and send your package via a tracked service to our quality control center in Switzerland.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
